Chicken Wings Relleno



1 kilo chicken wings cut into two debone
1/2 kl. ground pork or ground chicken
1 cup carrot, minced
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion minced
1 cup flour/ bread crumbs
cooking oil for deep frying
2 pcs. egg
bell pepper, soy sauce and salt to taste


Procedure:
1. Debone chicken wings, sprinkle with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Set Aside.
2.mix all together the remaining ingredients.
3. Stuffed chicken wings with the mixture.
4. Deep in flour next into eggwhite, then roll in bread crumbs
5. Deep fry.
